Responsibilities:
- Implement and comply with quality management system - Perform on-going quality inspections on standard and routine processes and products - Perform first piece and in-process inspections of production parts - Verify calibration of inspection gauges and tools during first piece inspection to be used on production orders - Audit production packets to ensure all data and forms are in place and are being utilized during first piece and in-process inspections - Inspect and maintain inspection records of non-conforming material - Author and maintain cause and corrective action report log - Ensure calibration records are maintained and up to date for all equipment - Keep and maintain records of temperature chart recorder in quality lab - Coordinate production inspection efforts across all shifts Quality Inspector Requirements:
- At least two years of quality assurance experience - Able to coordinate multiple tasks according to priority davenport@qpsemployment.
