Job DetailsJob Location Central - Eldridge, IA Description For over 100 years, River Valley's purpose has been to be the premier provider of agricultural products and services to businesses and individuals within our markets.
River Valley Cooperative seeks a self-directed IT Intern with a passion for technology, collaboration and creative problem-solving.
The IT Intern plays a vital role in actively contributing to meaningful projects while working closely with a mentor and senior leadership within River Valley Cooperative's IT team.
We are looking for safety-minded people who are collaborative team players and are ready and excited to make a difference.
What you'll do:
Assist the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support.
Organize and maintain IT resources.
Resolve internet and network access issues (both local and remote).
Provide network printer support.
Perform minor repairs to equipment.
Provide user training for basic hardware and software use.
Complete a project/presentation for staff at the end of the internship.

College student with a focus inComputer Science, Information Technology or Management Information Systems Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, hardware repair/support, firewall solutions, Azure, AWS, PowerShell Valid driver's license Working Conditions:
May be exposed to dust, noise, heat, cold, ag chemicals and vapors, and moving machinery on occasion as part of this position.
May be required to work long hours as needed and directed, as well as work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
