Senior Manager - Title Procurement

The Title Procurement Senior Manager is responsible for the overall planning, vision and leadership of the department. In addition, Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing all Title Procurement locations (currently in Eldridge, IA, Lexington, KY and a third site in Columbus, OH) and will provide leadership, support and direction for those onsite managers. The position will work to identify areas of opportunity and efficiency and work closely with IT, Sales and other departments. This position will also work closely with and have constant interaction with customers. There is continuous growth in this department and this role will be involved in growing the business units and identifying and building new locations.
This position is subject to frequent travel across locations and visiting customers.
This position is to be based in one of the three sites listed above.
Essential Duties:
Developing and leading the leadership team
Build relationships with sellers to manage customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop best practices and efficiencies
P&L responsibility- review both revenue and costs on a monthly basis for accuracy and opportunities.
Track and meet company metrics and goals.
Identify and develop new site locations
Developing and business continuity and catastrophe preparedness plan
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
Detailed knowledge of the insurance industry
Experience managing a staff of fifty or more people and multiple managers.
Travel up to 70%
High level of demonstrated customer relations skills and success.
Working knowledge of vehicle title processing and state requirements
Minimum of three years' experience as a manager in an operations environment.
Proven track record of seamless operational functionality and achievement of corporate goals.
Ability to solve complex problems and issues.
Strong analytical skills to interpret and forecast financial budgets.
Develop and implement plans for continuous process improvement.
Strong leadership experience and skills.
Development of Human Growth within organization.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Four-year college degree preferred.
Proficient in all areas of Microsoft office.

Travel up to 70% of the year. Must be able to travel on short notice.

Must be able to function in narrow aisles or passageways.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
